Bundle Dashboard Overview
Overview
The Bundle Dashboard provides a consolidated view of a Campaign Bundle (also referred to as a "Billing Bundle") as configured in iHeart Salesforce.
A few things to know upfront:
- The name of the Bundle Dashboard is pulled from the Description field of the Campaign Bundle in iHeart Salesforce
- Bundles are optional - not every Campaign Dashboard will have an associated Bundle Dashboard
- The Bundle Dashboard groups multiple Campaign Dashboards together, giving you a single view across disparate orders
How to access the bundle dashboard
There are two ways to navigate to a Bundle Dashboard:
From the Selection Page: Click the link displayed under the Bundle Name column.
From within a Campaign Dashboard: Use the breadcrumb navigation at the top of the page. When a Bundle Dashboard is associated with the campaign you're viewing, it will appear as the second link in the breadcrumb trail.
FIltering
The Bundle Dashboard includes a filter tray that works the same way as the Company Dashboard. You can filter by:
- Date range
- Media Type
- Order
Widgets
The Bundle Dashboard includes most of the same widgets available on the Campaign Dashboard, with two exceptions:
Feature | Available on Bundle Dashboard? |
All standard Campaign Dashboard widgets | ✅ Yes |
Reach & Frequency | ❌ Not available |
Attribution | ❌ Not available at this time |
Note on Attribution: Attribution reporting is not currently supported on the Bundle Dashboard. For attribution data, navigate to the individual Campaign Dashboard for each order within the bundle.
FAQs
Not every campaign has a Bundle Dashboard - why? Bundles are an optional configuration set up in iHeart Salesforce. If no Campaign Bundle has been created for a set of orders, there won't be a Bundle Dashboard associated with them.
How is the Bundle Dashboard named? The name is determined by the Description field of the Campaign Bundle in iHeart Salesforce. If the name looks incorrect, the Description field in Salesforce may need to be updated.
Why isn't Reach & Frequency available on the Bundle Dashboard? Reach & Frequency is not supported at the bundle level, similar to how it's unavailable on the Company Dashboard. This is a current limitation of how reach data is calculated across multiple orders.
Why isn't Attribution available on the Bundle Dashboard? Attribution reporting is not currently supported at the bundle level. To view attribution data, navigate to the individual Campaign Dashboard for the relevant order.
Can the same Campaign Dashboard appear in more than one Bundle? No, a single campaign can only be associated with a single Campaign Bundle.
How do I set up a Bundle in Salesforce? A bundle must be set up in Salesforce upon creation of an opportunity and before it is moved to Closed-Won using the Campaign Bundle object.
